Insurance & Payment
We work with all providers
We accept all dental insurance plans and offer direct billing at both locations. We submit your claim on your behalf, and you're responsible only for whatever portion your plan doesn't cover. No paperwork, no waiting, no reimbursement forms to chase.
If you have dual insurance, we handle the secondary submission too. We'll coordinate between both plans so you get the most out of your coverage without any extra steps on your end.

Clear, consistent, and guided by the ODA
All fees at The Dental Manor follow the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide, the provincial standard for dental fees in Ontario. This guide is designed to reflect the actual cost of delivering quality care: the right materials, proper infection-control standards, and a skilled team you can count on.
You'll always know what to expect before any work is done. If you have questions about a specific procedure or what your out-of-pocket costs might look like, we're happy to walk you through it before your appointment.

Simple, flexible, and convenient
We accept a range of payment methods at both locations to make settling your balance as easy as possible:
If you have any questions about payment before your visit, don't hesitate to give us a call. We're happy to walk you through what to expect.

What you should know before you use it
We participate on a claim-by-claim basis at both locations.
We want our patients to have a clear picture of how the CDCP works before making decisions about their coverage. The CDCP is not a free dental program. It has its own fee schedule, separate from the Ontario Dental Association Fee Guide, and in almost all cases lower. This means that even patients who qualify for 100% CDCP coverage will typically have a balance owing, because the CDCP fee does not reflect the full ODA rate.
Maintaining the standard of care our patients expect requires fees that align with the ODA guide. We're committed to being upfront about this so there are no surprises at checkout.
- The CDCP fee grid is separate from Ontario's provincial fee guide, and the two are not interchangeable.
- An out-of-pocket balance is common even for patients with full CDCP eligibility.
- Patients who drop private insurance in favour of the CDCP may find their total costs are higher overall.
- We encourage you to compare your options carefully before making any changes to your existing coverage.
